**Responsibilities & Authorities**
- Assist in quotations or tender bid
- Assist in strategic procurement activities (PR/PO Issuance)
- Support marketing activities by sourcing new potential suppliers and products
- Constantly following up with vendor on the purchase goods/ services deliveries
- Assist in logistic and delivery arrangement
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain Vendor Profile List
- Assist in administration works
- Track validity of Statutory and licenses
- Keep stocks of office supplies and place order when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management
**Education & Experience (preferred)**
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Preferable to have past working experience(s) in the civil & structural, mechanical & electrical or steel fabrication related field
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
- Possess strong sense of responsibility towards the work
- Require good communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
