Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Assist in quotations or tender bid
  • Assist in strategic procurement activities (PR/PO Issuance)
  • Support marketing activities by sourcing new potential suppliers and products
  • Constantly following up with vendor on the purchase goods/ services deliveries
  • Assist in logistic and delivery arrangement
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain Vendor Profile List
  • Assist in administration works
  • Track validity of Statutory and licenses
  • Keep stocks of office supplies and place order when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by Management

Education & Experience (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • Preferable to have past working experience(s) in the civil & structural, mechanical & electrical or steel fabrication related field
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 900
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility towards the work
  • Require good communication and interpersonal skills
