- **解决问题：** 识别客户问题并提供适当的解决方案。
- **订单处理：** 处理客户的旅行订单，包括订单确认，发货和退货。
- **产品知识：** 熟悉我们的旅行产品和服务，并能够向客户提供详细的信息和建议。

**所需技能和经验：**
- 母语为普通话。
- 优秀的沟通技巧和问题解决能力。
- 在客户服务或呼叫中心的经验是一个加分项。
- 对旅行行业有深入的了解。

**Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Mandarin speaking Travel Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our Mandarin-speaking clientele. Your excellent communication skills, passion for travel, and ability to problem-solve will make you an integral part of our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and courteous manner, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to managers as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers, such as coordinating with the sales team for special offers or promotions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
