**职责：**
- **客户协助：**:

- 为中文普通话旅行者提供卓越的客户支持，协助处理预订查询、行程变更、取消以及一般旅行相关问题。
- **语言能力：**:

- 流利使用中文普通话和英语，包括书面和口头沟通。
- 准确地翻译和解释旅行细节给客户。
- **产品知识：**:

- 深入了解旅行产品、服务和目的地。
- 为客户提供有关旅行选择和促销的专业建议。
- **问题解决：**:

- 迅速、专业地处理客户的关切和投诉，找到解决方案以确保客户满意度和忠诚度。
- **预订管理：**:

- 管理旅行预订、机票和相关的行政任务，准确并注重细节。
- **协作：**:

- 与跨职能团队合作，包括销售、运营和市场营销，为客户提供无缝的旅行体验。

**资格要求：**
- 中文普通话（口头和书面）的母语水平。
- 出色的英语沟通能力。
- 对旅行的热情和对不同文化的理解。
- 具有以往的客户服务经验者优先。

**Position Title: Travel Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**

**Role Summary**: As a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that assists travelers throughout their journey. Your language proficiency, attention to detail, and passion for travel will enhance our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Provide outstanding customer support to Mandarin-speaking travelers, assisting with booking inquiries, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Communicate fluently in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Translate and explain travel details accurately to customers.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
- Provide expert advice on travel options and promotions.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Manage travel reservations, ticketing, and related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to provide seamless travel experiences for customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Native proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for travel and understanding of different cultures.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
