**Job Title: Personal Assistant/ Secretary (PA)**

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur (with frequent travel within Asia Pacific)

**Job Type**:1-year Contract with renewal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Language Proficiency**:Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin** to facilitate effective communication with employers.
- **Support for Young Family**: Assist a Chinese National young couple with two young children in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- **Travel**: Be open to frequent travel within the Asia Pacific region, including travel planning and coordination.
- **Financial Data Translation**: Utilize strong analytical skills to translate documents, including those containing financial data, accurately.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange flight tickets, accommodations, and travel itineraries for the employers.
- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage the schedule and appointments of the employers.
- **Work Experience**: Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably with experience working for high-value employers.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication.
- **Availability**: Be open to taking calls over the weekend and while traveling overseas to meet the employers' needs.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills for document translation.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
