**Company Description**
Lapasar is one of Malaysia's fast-growing startups and a Business to Business (B2B) wholesale platform serving over 3,000 SMEs and corporations in Malaysia. The company emphasizes on FMCG goods distribution to thousands of retail clients throughout the country with their own warehousing, distribution and financial services capabilities. The company is venture backed, which results in aggressive growth and expansion targets, and a fast-paced working environment.
**Role Description**
This role is a generalist role within the HR department, in charge of supporting the talent acquisition team as well as the HR operations team.
If you are **fast, detailed, easily able to learn and pick up new tasks, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment**, this could be the role and place for you.
**Recruitment related tasks**:
- Participating in recruitment efforts and hiring process
- Posting job ads and searching for talents
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Collecting employment and tax information
- Preparing new employee files
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
**Record Maintenance & Administration**
- Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action
- Maintaining current HR files and database
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Assisting to ensure annual leave and sick leave are tracked in the system
**Job Requirements**
- Effective administration skills & computer literate - Microsoft Office & Google Sheets
- Proactive and independent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or recruitment
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
