**Who you will be working for**:
Our client a multinational media company headquartered in Singapore. They are one of the largest media companies in the Asia.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Business Plan and Budget **Plan and manage the implementation, completion, accuracy and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly activities for performance reporting, budgeting, budgetary control, and compliance to applicable accounting standards.
- **Performance Reporting **Plan and manage the development, implementation, consolidation and production of Annual Plans & Budget through effective monitoring of budgeting activities including by reviewing, analysing and providing insights.
- **Consolidation **Plan and manage the production and consolidation of Year End Projections for the Group by providing insightful analysis and timely information on the latest indicative financial performance as well as to ensure alignment with business strategies, objectives and operational plans.
- **Budget Control **Plan and manage the advisory and support in the areas of Management Reporting & Budgeting inclusive of implementation for the proper documentation on budgeting exercise, budget transfer and supplementary budget request by proposing recommendations to top management.

- Proven experience in managing people and multiple projects, as well as being deadline driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people
- Coordination and prioritisation, resourceful and analytical, independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in finance reporting and budgeting
- Have project management skillsets

- Working experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Working experience in a Shared Service environment

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
