**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the features and benefits of our software products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing/product team to qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**We measure results in numbers**:

- New cold leads
- Warm leads created
- Demos given in a month
- Deals or proposals in the pipeline
- Quarterly revenue generated

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software sales and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of online sales processes and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Some experience in software sales will be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
