- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the executive's time
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary materials
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related details are in order
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes, within the Administrative Support responsibilities involves a range of activities like Market Research, Financial Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor and Supplier Information, Data Compilation, SWOT Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Collaboration with Departments, Information Synthesis etc
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in **English & Mandarin**:

- **Knowledge of the Semiconductor and/or Technology industry** is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
