**Responsibilities**:

- As Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) transforms our business & ventures into unchartered territory, we are seeking a dynamic & visionary talent to join our team as the Head of Strategic Business Development for our Southeast Asia Region. If driving strategic growth & expansion for products of the future excites you, then we invite you to apply
- Your Impact:

- Expanding growth through the addition of new portfolios that align with FST’s long-term strategic goals & production capacity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify & seize market opportunities, foster innovation, & steer continued competitive advantage at scale
- Developing & maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, & industry experts
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, & customer needs to identify emerging opportunities for business growth that align with Regional objectives
- Providing program oversight in cases of Mergers & Acquisitions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of project oversight for strategic business development, preferably in a similar industry or market
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Technical expertise is a bonus
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
- Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
