**Responsibilities**:
**Greet and assist visitors**: Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

**Answer and direct phone calls**: Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate department, and take detailed messages when necessary.

**Provide information**: Offer information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate resources.

**Manage appointments and schedules**: Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage conference room schedules, and assist in organizing appointments for executives.

**Handle incoming and outgoing mail**: Distribute mail and packages to the relevant departments, and manage outgoing shipments.

**Maintain the reception area**: Ensure the front office is tidy, organized, and well-presented, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

**Assist with administrative tasks**: Provide support to various departments with tasks such as data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.

**Manage office supplies**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.

**Maintain security**: Enforce security protocols by issuing visitor badges, monitoring access, and alerting appropriate personnel to any security concerns.
