Admin Officer

**Job description**:
Admin Officer is responsible for maintaining organize and updated documents for a business. Their duties include using document management software to upload or scan paper documents, retrieving documents for authorized personnel and ensuring document storage to comply with laws and regulations.
**Job responsibilties**:
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings, progress reports, claims in the company's system.
- Check for accuracy and edit files, such as contract or any correspondences.
- Create and implementing new and improving document management system and document management process to manage company documents.
- Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintennace process, formulating register and the point of contact for document, dawing number allocation.
- Print and distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in and digital record.
- Ensure documents classification, sorting and filling.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees within the organozation.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terns of agreement.
- Responsible to generate, maintain and compile master document, report and other relevant records.
- Assist with any other related task as and when required by management.
**Job requirements.**
- Minimum 1 years experience in the construction/developer background would be preferred.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Attention to detail/ ability to organize and preserve documents.
- Good with figures and able to work with minimum supervission.
- Proficient in working with MS Office (MS Excel and MS word, in particular).
- SPM or Diploma in Office Management & Technology.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
