**About your new employer**
Our client is a Japanese based company core in manufacturing & trading of metal and resin processed products used in semiconductor/ LED manufacturing equipment parts, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, medical equipment, printing machines, etc. They have strong network in East Asian countries and is planning to startup the new business in Malaysia.
This person responsible for establishing and managing the human resources and administrative functions of the newly set up company.
**Your new role**:
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR & Admin policies, procedures, and program.
- Liaising with external parties, all Government Department and Local Authorities in matters related company HR/Admin operation such as tenancy, licensing, registration, employment etc.
- Plan and forecast HR needs based on factory requirements and growth projections.
**What you'll need to succeed in this role**:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
**Job Offer**
- Remuneration package was designed and set at RM 7,000 - RM 10,000 (Open to Discuss)
