Payroll Manager

We are a fast-growing company specialising in providing payroll, HRMS & accounting outsourcing services. Due to recent expansion of our business growth, we are currently seeking a payroll lead/manager who is versatile, ever ready to step out of the comfort zone and willing to learn new things and lead a team of payroll specialists.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of payroll specialists on the entire payroll process; meticulously checking their payroll reports to ensure its quality and accuracy, ensuring payslips, salaries transfer and statutory payments are being distributed on timely manner.
- Hands on in preparing payroll reporting in case the team needs extra support during peak period.
- Lead the implementation of HRMS (ie.e-Profile, e-Leave, e-Claim, e-Payroll etc.) especially for new clients.
- Able to handle subordinates’ welfare including career planning and coaching.
- Handle any ad hoc assignment/project as and when required by the Directors.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum higher diploma in Human Resource/Business Degree or equivalent with minimum 7 years of working experience in related field.
- Possess excellent working attitude, personality, initiative, responsible, team player and able to lead independently.
- Excellent customer service towards internal and external clients, organisational and time management skills and able to work under pressure during peak period.
- Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll supervisor/manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Malaysia's labour legislation and regulations of the field.
- Excel in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (ie. Quickpay, Emplx) and databases will be an added advantages.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Great attention to detail and technically sounded in term of payroll practices.
- Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Well versed in speaking and writting Chinese will be added advantage.
- Experience in other HR spectrum will also be an added advantage.
