Job Scope:

- Being actively involved in internal recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Prepare and report daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Upkeep office housekeeping
