**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.
- Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches
- Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
- Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- SPM level or above. Trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales or other related industries(at least 6 months in the same company).
- Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
