**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 12 years of solid HR generalist experience with at least of 5 years in management capacity
- Proven working experience as an effective strategic HR business partner to Senior Management team and other stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to be hands-on when required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge in of Human Resources Management and **employment-related laws & regulations**:

- A strong team player and able to work with all levels of people Experience in setting up the department and growing a team will be a plus Good communication skills, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
