Japanese Team Lead-customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels.
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
- Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
