**Jobs Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for Senior HR Executive.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases.
- Prepare HR documents.
- Conduct Orientation and welcoming new joiners
- Recruitment
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Manage office operation, administrative tasks, maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate and provide general support to all day-to-day administrative works.
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers.
- Help in payroll management, preparation and payment.
- Responsible to check and approved staffs' claims.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. Keep a tracking of the data and ensure that all bookings are tally with the company’s budget.
- Participating and work on HR projects (e.g. Help organize company events)
- Raising purchase orders or purchase requisition to finance whenever needed.
- Ordering name card and employee ID card for the emart24 employees. Ensuring that the job title and position requested is tally with the offer letter.
- Keeping track of uniforms and re-ordering
- Assist with any other tasks requested by the superior or management whenever needed.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years working in HR & Admin fields.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
