Company Secretary Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
- Assist superior to ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
- Assist superior to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents.
- Assist superior to liaise with auditors, public officer and other relevant parties.
- Prepare certified documents.
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency through improved practices and work processes, discussion with tech team on automation of process.
- Other Ad Hoc task (Copy Writer)
- Handling and scheduling newsletter to client/leads.
- Translation of content to Bahasa Melayu (BM).
**Job Requirements**:
- Has an ICSA, a degree in corporate administration, business administration or its equivalent with relevant experience in the company secretary field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with people at all levels.
- A decision-maker who applies critical thinking and well-thought-out solutions to resolve problems and issues.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively in English.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
