To ensure all foreign workers working permit and passport are valid during their employment in Malaysia.
- To ensure all documents issued are returned by Operating Team after necessary processing.
- To ensure all documents being updated and filled.
- To maintain proper data on all types of transaction, including matters related to Fomema, passport, work permit, special pass, etc.
- To maintain and update processing data in system on time.
- To prepare the processing and statistic report to the HR & Admin Manager on timely basis.
- MUST be good in Excel.
- Other task given by HR from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
