Responsibilities
- Organize account filling by delegate into sales invoice, unpaid supplier invoice, payment vouchers, bank statement and etc.
- Maintaining and updating financial records.
- Handling sensitiveor confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Support accounting daily processes.
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assistant with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheets accounts.
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Performing other clerical work and admin works.

Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in accounting system and procedure.
- UBS knowledge is preferable.
- Possess own transport and licenses.
- Willing to travel and work beyond normal hour.
- Good interpersonal skill and attire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
