To assist company secretary to do following: 1. To produce and assist all aspects of secretarial works, including compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, drafting of minutes, Directors’ circular resolutions, and Board papers. 2. Familiar with and able to use MYCOID and MBRS system deployed by SSM for filing purposes. 3. Ensure all regulatory returns including annual returns, annual accounts, etc are filed with SSM on time. 4.Monitor the filing requirements of the statutory documents with SSM and ensure the same is properly kept and updated. 5. Ensure shareholder details, share transfer, appointment/resignation of directors are completed on time and filed with SSM and updated in Register of Members and Statutory Books. 6.Monitor and track the circular resolutions being issued. 7.Check and verify necessary compliance with applicable laws, especially Companies Act 2016, and other regulatory requirements. 8.To liaise and deal with SSM, external auditors, bankers and lawyers
