Company Secretary Assistant Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide company secretarial support and assist the Company Secretary in all Group Company Secretarial functions
- Draft various contracts and agreements, including but not limited to NDAs, service level agreements, partnership & collaboration agreements
- Provide legal support and advisory on all corporate commercial matters
- Update the secretarial and statutory records
- Prepare minutes and resolutions.
- Assist the organizing of shareholders’ meetings, board meetings and board committee meetings
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties
- Assist in all aspects of company secretarial work
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of all statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.
**Requirements**:
- MAICSA or ICSA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work independently and able to cope with tight timeline.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in public listed companies will be an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
