Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SIGMA MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. Full time

1. Preparation of Annual Return, Circular Resolutions, Statutory Forms/documents.

2. Ensuring proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) base on Companies Act 2016

3. To lead, support and assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of Company Secretarial work, statutory files maintenance, maintain and update Company's statutory books and records and related statutory requirements.

4. Proficient in using MYCOID, E-BOS and MBRS in SSM4U systems amongst other for incorporation of Companies, allotment of shares changes to the directors, manager and secretary, responsible for the preparation of Annual Return using the MBRS systems and etc.

5. Liasing with clients, CCM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matter.

6. Any other related services assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- various Company secretarial work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Malay (preferred)
