Human Resource Admin Executive

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Responsible for the orientation program for new employees.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to meet those needs.
- Monitor and keep training records of employees. Manage training plans, training arrangements, and HRD Corp matters (Grant Applications, Submissions & Claims).
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure the smooth implementation and enforcement of company rules and policies.
- Employee training and development.
- Ensure the company complies with local labor laws.
- Process monthly payroll for full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
- Maintain personal files, leave records, and the employee database.
- Prepare and arrange travel bookings, travel claims, and medical arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage letters and agreements for collaborations, ensuring legal compliance and clear communication with all stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
