**職位描述**
職責:
- 負責推廣和銷售公司的醫療器材。
- 提供目標客戶售後支援並進行教育演示(CME)。
- 達到/超過管理階層設定的銷售目標(銷售目標、KPI)。
- 吸引大客戶、尋找新客戶和其他商機。
- 透過產品知識、應用支援、處理查詢和最終銷售訂單提供卓越的服務。
- 管理從策略規劃到戰術活動的產品線,讓管理階層了解目前的市場動態、專案和競爭對手的活動。
- 積極參與銷售會議、科學會議和展覽。

機構職責
- 銷售和行銷計畫透過行銷活動提高代理商的銷售額。
- 相關員工的訓練。
- 與委託人和客戶進行通信並建立融洽關係。
- 確定市場需求並推動在市場上產生「真正」且重大的銷售影響。
- 提供有關代理商狀況的指南和回饋,以確定適當的策略和取得重大銷售成功。
- 向潛在最終使用者示範產品。
- 定期提供銷售和規劃活動的最新資訊。
- 提供並聯絡使用者應用訓練、參加展會、與海外負責人聯絡。

產品和區域開發
- 投入時間開發新產品的潛力和「新」領域。
- 對敏感回應進行主動行銷(預算敏感、工具放置、服務回應)。
- 監控儀器銷售和版面。
- 處理客戶的問題/投訴。
- 管理階層要求時分配的其他職責。

應用職責
- 進行使用者培訓
- 在相關情況下對現場銷售人員進行培訓。
- 對分析物測試進行評估和關聯。
- 負責售後技術問題。
- 儀器、試劑、QC、患者結果的故障排除。
- 將試劑適配到客戶場所的儀器上。

**要求:**

具有科學、生物技術、生物醫學科學、動物科學、動物健康或同等學歷的候選人。
- 充滿活力、自我激勵,具有優秀的人際互動、溝通和表達能力。
- 具有團隊合作精神,足智多謀,能夠同時處理多項任務。
- 申請者必須是馬來西亞公民。
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意出行(擁有有效的駕駛執照)。
