**Bahagian 1 - Pengurusan order**
- Menguruskan sistem order harian.
- Memberi laporan order harian (order breakdown) kepada pasukan operasi untuk proses pembungkusan.
- Membuat wishcard.
- Mencetak order di atas airwaybill setiap hari.
**Bahagian 2 - Pembungkusan dan pos parcel**
- Membungkus parcel dan order harian yang perlu diambil kurier.
- Memastikan semua siap packing order sebelum waktu pickup Ninjavan.
**Bahagian 3 - Delivery**
- Menguruskan pickup atau delivery (lalamove, grab, ninjavan).
- Menyemak Ninjavan dashboard jika ada order ‘On-Hold’ atau ‘Pending Pickup’ dan berurusan dengan team sale dan admin assistant untuk menyelesaikannya.
**Bahagian 4 - Stok (inventory)**
- Memastikan laporan baki stok yang tepat dan betul dihantar dalam group chat setiap hari.
**Bahagian 5 - Pembelian stok dengan supplier**
- Membuat dokumen pembelian produk untuk dihantar kepada supplier.
- Membuat pembelian produk, freegift, dan bahan-bahan packing dengan supplier.
**Kriteria Calon**:
- Lelaki Muslim
- Berumur 30 tahun ke bawah
- Sihat tubuh badan
- Tidak merokok
- Cukup solat 5 waktu setiap hari
- Mampu mengangkat barang-barangan
- Mampu membuat kerja yang repetitive
- Mempunyai basic Microsoft Word & Excell
