**About the role**

TMF Group Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented **Regional Marketing Events Executive, APAC**. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, managing, and executing successful marketing events across the region, driving brand awareness and lead generation. You will report to Regional Marketing Lead, APAC and will collaborate with regional stakeholders and the global marketing team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Partner with the wider marketing team, sales teams, and business stakeholders in various APAC countries to maintain and execute a comprehensive marketing events calendar, including**:

- Sponsored events;
- TMF Group owned and partnered events;
- Webinars.
- Manage events logistics, including venue sourcing, merchandize selection, contracting and invoicing, following the budget process;
- Schedule and manage the technical aspects of webinars;
- Lead communication with TMF Group colleagues involved in the events;
- Oversee event registration and communicate updates to the stakeholders;
- Implement post-event coverage on social media and oversee follow-up strategies;
- Help track and analyze events results, including lead generation and feedback;
- Develop a strong relationship with the sales team.

**Key requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant marketing work experience, B2B services industry preferred;
- Proven track record of planning and executive successful events, on budget and time;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and hands on experience in managing webinars would be a plus;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams;
- ‘Can do’ attitude;
- University degree preferred.
