**Responsibilities**:
As a technical support representative on the Enterprise team, you'll handle a broad range of customer cases for Workspace clients. You'll gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues, and escalate cases as needed.

3. Deliver a consistent high level of customer service.

4. Ensure correct representation of the customer’s corporate and brand images in all interactions.

5. Maintain product and procedural knowledge and expertise associated with supported products and brands.

6. Escalate potential service issues with Supervisor or designated customer contact person / group.

7. Provide cover for other First Line Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.

8. Liaise with Supervisor on specific projects where requested.

9. Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner.

10. Attend regular Team Meetings.

11. Work on additional tasks required by team management related to keeping up desk performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Degree with minimum 6 months working experience in Customer Service/Technical Support

2. Fluent in verbal and written for Japanese (Native Only)

3. For English Language - Minimum English is required, Business English preferred

4. Good with keyboard skills (passed a standard Keyboard test)

5. Analytical skills to make good decisions based on a set of input factors.

6. Self-motivated individual to do repetitive tasks

7. Process/product knowledge or the willingness/enthusiasm to learn about it

8. Willingness to stretch to meet and exceed targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
