Bar/restaurant Manager

For our New Outlet in petaling street we are looking for a manager.

Min 3 years of experience required. Malaysian or valid work permit in F&B industry.
- Great Customer Service
- First impression to customers
- Opening and closing the bar.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Purchasing new ingredients, bar and kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
- Sourcing better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing.
- Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
- Managing the cost and sales
- Close cooperation with business partners

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
