**About the Team**:

- The Shopee Ads team focuses on offering sellers Ads programmes and Ads services to enhance the performance of their Shopee On-Platform Ads. The key objectives of the Shopee Ads team is to (1) support sellers in optimizing their Shopee Ads strategy, (2) value add to sellers to ensure optimal Shopee Ads experience and (3) ensure seller’s success to secure sustainable investment for Shopee Ads. This role sits within the local Shopee Ads team in the Malaysia office.-
- Creating and improving Shopee Ads internal standard operating procedures, in particular data management procedures across the team with external business functions (i.e. Business Intelligence)
- Leverage a rich pool of internal data to generate necessary strategic reports, dashboards and visualisations in close collaboration with other - Ads team members
- Establish processes to collect and analyse internal data to derive business insights
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
- Work with internal stakeholders to collect requirements to build and automate data dashboards and reporting processes for the business
- Analyse trends to identify potential opportunities and risks across all programmes and communicate the findings effectively across internal and external stakeholders in an easy to understand manner
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- At least 2 years of experience in Consulting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Suite
- Strong understanding of data and analytical skills, able to generate insights
- Passionate and portrait strong interest to join the e-commerce industry
- Good team player, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
