**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Asset Management (Furniture & Fitting)**
- Create and update the Company Asset Data for office furniture, fitting and equipment.
- Assets tagging to track the movement of assets.
- Asset physical check at least once a year to monitor the asset and track the movement of assets from one place to another place.
- To ensure the keys are in proper labelling and well keep in office.
**Insurance**
- To assist submit and keep track the insurance claims.
- Update and maintain proper record on listing for insurance renewal.
- Renew the insurance before the expiry date.
**Renovation, Repair & Maintenance**
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office furniture, fitting and equipment.
- Coordinate renovation projects to meet program requirements, budget and time constraints.
- Sourcing, negotiate and coordinate with vendor to ensure maintain best price and high level of quality and service.
**Payment**
- To prepare payment voucher for utilities, indah water, internet & phones, printer, courier services, stationery etc.
- To create and update the payment information, prepare analysis and propose the cost saving solution.
- Responsible for maintaining an orderly filing system and ensure all data relating to payment are accurately maintained and readily available.
**Others**
- Uniform management including issuance of uniform, replenish stock, maintain cleanliness of uniform, discard of uniform, and etc.
- To ensure the fire extinguisher is functionable and renew the license yearly.
- To liaise with supplier for printing internal staff’s business card.
- Handle all complaints from the staff and feedback to courier service PIC and follow up the issues until the problem resolved
- Maintain office cleanliness by supervise the Cleaners in line with best practices.
- Monthly check stock for stationeries, ensure the physical stock tally with the record.
- Purchase for office sundries.
- Arrange for pest control.
- Administer day-to-day administrative work.
- Other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess strong skills and knowledge in Administrative.
- Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
- Team player, reliable and dependable.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethics.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
