**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential partnership opportunities within SEA by researching about the market/industry trends and reaching out to brands to build pipeline.
- Introduce VIPSHOP’s business and operation model, plan sales pitch in order to match the needs of both potential suppliers and VIPSHOP.
- On-board potential and relevant suppliers via consignment/buyout for products focusing in the areas of Fashion, Sportswear, Beauty & Personal, Mother & Baby and Home & Living for SEA.
- Build good rapport with suppliers and negotiate for bulk discounts with suppliers to get better margins for VIPSHOP.
- Continue to achieve growth in revenue by finding new product lines to sell on our platform.
- Ensure suppliers provide high-quality services to VIPSHOP and customers.
- Responsible for end-to-end system and documentation management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties while meeting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Business Management and 3-5 years’ experience in business development, account management, merchandising or related field within the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
- Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Have a strong entrepreneurship spirit with a high level of passion about the consumer products industry.
- High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Have strong connection within the fashion or retail industry, especially International brands including Premium and/or Mass.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
