**SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR, DERIVATIVES - OTC TRADE CAPTURE**

**Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia**

**Work Region: APAC (Working hours: 9AM - 6PM)**

The **OTC Middle Office team** processes all **Over-the-Counter transactions for Custody**. The service includes OTC trade capture and validation, OTC Collateral movements capture, OTC Cash Management and EMIR Services on behalf of European subsidiaries clients. (Regulatory Reporting and Regulatory Reconciliations).

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing within deadlines by collaborating with Client Operations Middle Office Services: Activities performed in the context of Custodian and Fund Administration principles, Prospectus, ISA Master agreements, internal policies and procedures ensuring optimal client service.
- Ensure accuracy of processing is in accordance with COMPANY’S expectation.
- Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of the process.
- Completion of knowledge/training within process in accordance to established learning curve.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Banking experience in back office.
- Excellent knowledge in different investment instruments.
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
- Computer Literacy - Intermediate MS Office Excel and Word, as well as other custody system usage.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Teamwork & cooperation.
- Analytical thinking.
