**Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients' needs and tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Address client's inquiries, concerns & technical issues promptly & effectively.
- Work closely with Team Leader & sales professionals to accelerate potential customer acquisitions and identify opportunities, needs & requirements to drive business growth.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide product updates, conduct presentations, demonstrations and supports.
- Stay up-to-date with technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and scientific developments.
- Timely feedback on competitors’ information and market trends to our internal product management & marketing team.
- Maintain records of activities, forecasts and analysis for management review.

**Your Distinctive Traits**
- PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biological sciences, or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and recognizing their unique needs.
- Minimum 1 year working experiences. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on lab expertise in a relevant life science setting with molecular biology techniques Real-Time PCR (qPCR), gene expression analysis, NGS, cell culture or other techniques relevant to our product portfolio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Possess own car and able to travel outstations.
