Responsible to assist project teams in managing resources and information, to handle departments’ scheduling and planning meetings and project activities.
- Coordinating and arranging works internally with inter-departmental and externally with clients, suppliers and government agencies.
- To prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation.
- To carry out specific project’s research.
- Responsible for day to day project administration function.
- Maintain a proper document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project.
- To assist all activities of administrative work including Purchasing.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:

- Required languages: Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin in advance.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, possess positive work attitude, analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Willing to be relocated and able to travel outstation when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
