We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project activities to ensure successful project execution. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Assist in resource allocation, budget management, and expense tracking.
- Identify and assess project risks, and collaborate with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including organizing meetings and managing project-related documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
