Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals. Create and update project workflows
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and always make sure all documents (hardcopy & softcopy are in control & always updated)
- Order resources, like equipment, stationeries and software for office use & ensure all the documents related are in safekeeping.
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g: user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Measure and report on project performances, being outstanding and ongoing projects.
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Perform miscellaneous jobs related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
