**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**:
Guest Reception and Assistance:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and information about the Convention Centre and surrounding areas.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for events and conventions.

Event Coordination:

- Liaise with event organizers to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as catering, housekeeping, and security to facilitate smooth event operations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.

Customer Service:

- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing proactive service.
- Collect and relay guest feedback to improve service quality.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage reservations and bookings for events.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback and service issues.

Communication:

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and services.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or event management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
