Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Lead and manage administrative staff.
- Manage office space, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and organize corporate events and meetings.
- Facilitate employee travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure data protection.
- Develop and manage welfare programs.
- Address and resolve employee concerns.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure company-wide adherence to legal requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets for general affairs activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in general affairs or related roles.
- Proficient in office software and administrative tools.
- **Understanding of labor laws and compliance matters.**:

- **Must be willing to work in Kempas Lama.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
