- Responsible for all company administrative affairs, document management, vehicle management, logistics management, physical asset management, and other related tasks.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and tracking the implementation of relevant decisions and resolutions.
- Review and control the expenses related to administrative and logistics costs, enhance the level of meticulous management, and eliminate waste.
- Supervise the implementation of safety, cleanliness, greening, and 5S management, ensuring company order and property security, and creating a positive production and living environment.
- Responsible for external liaison work, maintain and communicate with government agencies, relevant functional departments, and other external units.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Administration and managerial role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both oral and written
- Attention to details with good problem-solving skills

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
