HR & Admin Executive

Manage payroll system for contract freelancer (300 paxs)
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Maintaining, updating, and filling employee record
- Administering new employment assessments and serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring leave record are tracked in the system
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Implementation and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentations.
- To monitor freelancer database (LOA, Masterlist, Annual leave record etc.)
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 4 years (required)
- Human resources: 5 years (required)
