- Have initiative to come up with new marketing ideas.
- Must have prior working experience in confinement centres.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Answer all incoming enquiries and make necessary appointment arrangements.
- Attend to customers and close sales / follow up on sales, provide before and after-sales services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports based on sales and marketing activities.
- To build strong rapport and relationship with clients and ensure all service commitments extended to customers are met.
- Responsible for customers’ enquiries, ensuring customer requests, and feedback complaints are logged and resolved on time.
- Assist in creating and manage sales document including invoices, receipts etc.
- Good understanding of workflow and services provided by the company.
- Ensure all information disseminated to new mothers upon check in.
- Ensure check out procedure is smooth.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests during their stay.
- Assist and supervise the housekeeping team and perform quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
- Adhere to all company standards, procedures and guidelines.
- To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
