**Responsibilities**:

- Able to made appointment for superiors and promote new products.
- To handle all sales activities, coordination with site operation, prepare claim & study main contract and sub-contractors contract, any other related matters, coordinate closely with other dept.
- Maintaining good working orders with all business associate and correspondence with record scheduling and coordinating all meeting / appointments / flight & travel arrangement.
- Perform others duties assigned and directed by Management.

**Requirement**:

- Prefer 3 years of working experience in construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of computer software ( Microsoft Works Excel ).
- Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking.
- Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa Melayu, **Cantonese** are highly appreciated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction / related fields: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
