**Job Title: Personal Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvement.

Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Plan and schedule social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.

Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a strong community presence.

Monitor social media analytics and insights to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
