**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Meeting Minutes & Effective Meeting Skills (会议记录与有效会议技能)**

Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure action points are clearly recorded and communicated.
Coordinate and facilitate the logistics of meetings, including scheduling, venue preparation, and follow-up actions.

**2. Daily Tasks Assistance (协助CEO处理日常工作)**

Assist the CEO with a broad range of daily tasks, ensuring that all professional demands are met efficiently.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.

**3. Prepare Meeting Materials (准备会议材料)**

Compile and prepare all necessary materials for meetings, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

**4. Monitoring Department Performance (监控部门绩效)**

Assist in monitoring the performance of various departments reporting any significant issues to the CEO.

**5. Company Secretary Tasks (公司秘书任务:整理公司文件)**

Oversee and manage the organization and filing of company documents and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

**6. Property Management (管理CEO和公司财产)**

Manage and oversee the maintenance and organization of the CEO’s professional and company properties.

**7. Expense Claims (处理CEO的费用报销)**

Handle and process the CEO's expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

8. Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Group CEO.

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Availability to match the CEO’s working hours as needed.
- Age: below 40.
- Proficient in mandarin is a bonus.
- Educational qualifications: minimum of a Diploma or Degree, with an MBA considered a strong advantage.
- Business Proposal Creation: Ability to craft comprehensive and persuasive business proposals.
- Professional Presentation Slides: Proficient in creating high-quality presentation slides.
- Data and Sales Analysis: Skilled at analyzing data and sales to provide actionable insights to the CEO.
- Attention to Detail: Extremely meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of work.
- Understanding of Finance Accounts: Solid grasp of financial and accounting principles.
