**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of internal and external communications.

**2. Sales Coordination**:

- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals and contracts for clients.
- Prepare and generate sales invoices.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Prepare progress claim submission, prepare VO and review payment certificate.
- Follow-up on client’s outstanding payments.

**3. Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact between the team and clients, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.

**4. Data Management**:

- Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of sales-related data.
- Generate reports to track sales performance and key metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

**5. Basic Accounting Support**:

- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the preparation of financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience as Personal Assistant or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of payroll is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
