We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Assistant Business Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner to the Branch Operation & IT of Malaysia Business.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Business Partnering with Branch Operation,HR & Marketing.
- Responsible for Accounting Operation of Month End Closing Process.
- Responsible for evaluating and interpreting monthly management reports including profit & loss,
- balance sheet and other accounting statements on profit management and financial position, as well
- as monthly and annual forecasting/budgeting.
- Produce branch business performance reports, analyze and present results in Monthly Branch Review.
- Assist new system implementation.
- Assist in annual audit and tax assessment.
- Ad-hoc tasks or projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of Relevant Experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or similar industries within a Multinational Environment would be an added advantage.
- Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Willing to Travel Nationally up to 10%

**Highly Desirable**:

- Good Analytical Skills and is Able to Present Analysis in Rationale and “Speaking the Audience Language”.
- Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented.
- Challenging status quo and drive change, and being the innovation engine within the Department.
- Ability to Multi-Task, Work Under Pressure, and Meet Deadlines Required.
- Business/Commercially focused acumen.
