**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for market & brand development to provide strategic guidance and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with CEO to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Plan and manage the projects in accordance with overall business objectives.
- Oversee and prepare bid/tender materials of a high quality following the agreed process.
- Provide oversight of contracts from establishment to handover of projects.
- Oversee the full scope of company operation, include but not limited to sales, marketing, contracts, and operations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize them.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Executive and complete all tasks ensure by the company that help the growth of company.
- Monitor projects by attending weekly meeting as often as possible with a minimum attendance of twice a month and provide immediate direction where required.
- Responsible for resourcing and hiring of suitable staff to deliver these functions including outsourcing of responsibilities where appropriate
- Plan and manage the projects in accordance with overall business objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in building facade industry, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. Minimum of 8 years of Curtain Wall facade experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of company operations, obtain experiences in managing multiple teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Results - oriented with strong focus on achieving targets and objectives
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Able to Speak Chinese(Mandarin), English, and Malay. Chinese writing skill preferred
- No older than 50 yrs, Under 45 yrs is preferred

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
